SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. — October 27, 2026. Families seeking neighborhood Halloween activities can check three separate San Bernardino Public Library locations on Saturday, October 31. The city’s October calendar lists events at Feldheym Central Library, Howard M. Rowe Branch and Dorothy Inghram Branch.
What is on the schedule?
Feldheym Central Library lists a children’s Storytime from 11 a.m. to noon, followed by a Trick or Treat program from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. The Howard M. Rowe Branch lists Trick or Treat at the Library from 3 to 5:30 p.m. The Dorothy Inghram Branch lists Storytime from 1 to 2 p.m. These are different activities, not a single citywide program operating at identical hours.
Where are the libraries?
Feldheym is at 555 West Sixth Street, Rowe at 108 East Marshall Boulevard and Inghram at 1505 West Highland Avenue. The city also lists earlier Halloween-related programming at other branches, but dates before October 27 should not be presented as upcoming opportunities.
What to confirm before attending
Event calendars do not always disclose room capacity, age recommendations, accommodations or exact participation requirements. Guardians should confirm current hours and activity details with library staff, especially if travelling across town. A scheduled library event is not a promise of an unlimited supply of candy or other giveaways.
